Things to include in a bug report

  • What you were doing when the issue happened
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened (a screenshot helps a lot)
  • Whether you’re on iPhone, web, or both
  • Your iOS or browser version, if you know it

Subscriptions and billing

All paid subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store. For billing questions, refunds, or to manage auto-renewal, please go to iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions or contact Apple Support. Phaeto cannot reverse Apple-billed transactions.
